The Short Sale Matrix - Processing Division was founded by Jacob Swodeck in 2006. Jacob Swodeck has gained national recognition as a top producing agent as well as a speaker and trainer on the subject of short sales. Since the 1990’s when Jacob began his real estate career, he has closed nearly 1,000 short sales. He has also authored a nationally recognized designation called CSP / Certified Short Sale Professional and has several thousand members in the council.

The Short Sale Matrix - Processing Division was built on the foundation of customer care, timely results, upper-level lender contacts, and many years of invaluable experience with short sales. The staff assembled at TSSM-PD is made up from a myriad of backgrounds and expertise from loan underwriters, to escrow officers, to loss mitigators, to professional negotiators. TSSM-PD has developed priceless relationships with some of the largest and most notable real estate franchises as well as smaller independent companies. TSSM-PD is committed to maintaining a small-company feel by never allowing any processor / negotiator to handle more files than they are capable of, highly emphasizing customer service, and by only servicing short sales in the State of California.
