Complete Short Sale Viability Analysis Form.  Fax to our office at (909) 626-2133 for a 24-48 hour turn around.  Upon approval of your Viability Analysis, go to Step 2.

Step 2
List Property & Obtain Qualified Offer.

Step 3
Gather Required Documentation from Seller.  Upon completion, submit package via e-mail to getstarted@tssmprocessing.com or fax to (909) 626-2133.
