Option “A” – We Process the Short Sale
- You, the referring Broker / Agent market the property and use your company’s sign and marketing materials.
- Upon receipt of a qualified offer, you the referring broker/agent submit the offer along with the lender required hardship documentation to our Processing Center.
- Our company processes the Short Sale from start to close.
- Our company is to receive 25% of listing side commission for the complete processing of the Short Sale. You keep 75% of listing side commission.
- (The minimum fee to process a short sale is $1,000.00 regardless if it is more than the agreed upon 25%)
Option “B” – The Hybrid
- You, the referring Broker / Agent market the property and use your company’s sign and marketing materials.
- Upon receipt of a qualified offer, you the referring Broker / Agent submit the offer along with supporting documentation.
- Our company gathers all other lender required hardship documentation from the Seller.
- Our company processes the Short Sale from start to close.
- Our company is to receive 50% of listing side commission and you keep 50% of the listing side commission.
Option “C” – The Straight Referral
- You, the referring Broker / Agent completes a Listing Lead Referral Form and C.A.R. Referral Fee Agreement.
- You, the referring Broker / Agent receive 25% of the listing side commission at closing.
